Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the emptying of water in a feed water tank by ensuring the supply of water to the feed water tank even when the unexpected situation such as service interruption is generated and a feed valve is not opened.
CONSTITUTION: In a feed water tank 1 with an inflow port 2 and an outflow port 3, a water supply line 4 is connected to the inflow port 2, and a feed valve 5 opened and closed in response to a water level in the feed water tank 1 is inserted to the water supply line 4. A valve mechanism 6 opened when a water level in the feed water tank is lowered up to a low water-level position is installed at the low water-level position of the feed water tank 1. The valve mechanism and the upstream position of the feed valve 5 in the water supply line 4 are connected by a bypass line 7.
