Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lower part structure of an automobile for improving rigidity to a load from a side part, and increasing a degree of freedom of arranging various apparatuses in a lower part of floor panels.
SOLUTION: This lower part structure pf the automobile has a pair of left and right floor frames 2 integrally connected to the rear end of a pair of front frames 1 arranged on the left and right of a car body, and the floor panels 16, 60, and 80 joined to an upper part of these floor flames, and joins these floor panels to side sills 20, 64, and 84 respectively arranged outside the floor frames, and extending in the longitudinal direction of the car body. A projecting tunnel part 18a extending in the car width direction is formed in a longitudinal directional intermediate part of the car body of the floor panels. The side sills are joined to the side part of the floor panels in this tunnel part. The vehicular apparatuses 34 and 36 are arranged inside the tunnel part of the floor panels.
