PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricant having excellent lubrication properties.SOLUTION: A lubricant contains a coating carbon material. The coating carbon material has a carbon material having a graphene structure, and a cyclic compound that coats at least part of the surface of the carbon material.
