To provide a lubricating film for plastic working having excellent adhesiveness and lubricity in a simple step without requiring a substrate by a chemical conversion treatment and to provide a method for forming the same, a material for the plastic working, a method for producing the plastic worked product and a method for producing a metal pipe or bar steel.
The lubricating film for the plastic working is provided with a resin layer formed on a base material and having protective functions to protect the film and a wax layer formed on the resin layer and having lubricating functions. The lubricating film is obtained by coating a surface of the base material with a resin-containing liquid containing at least one of an acrylic or a methacrylic acid resin, a urethane resin, a polyester resin, a vinyl acetate resin, a polyvinyl alcohol resin, a polyvinylpyrrolidone resin, a polyamide resin, a phenol resin, an epoxy resin and a polytetrafluoroethylene resin, curing the resin-containing liquid, forming the resin layer, then coating the resin layer surface with a liquid containing a wax having ≥40°C softening point, curing the liquid and forming the wax layer.
