Abstract:
To provide a lubricant composition that can prevent its degradation, can maintain excellent cleanliness and abrasion resistance, and can be made to have a long service life even when used in an environment of a high temperature and a high NOconcentration, and thereby can suitably be used in a gas engine made to have a high output.SOLUTION: The lubricant composition for use in a gas engine, comprises base oil (A), zinc dithiophosphate (B), and an ashless dispersant (C) comprising non-boronated alkenylsuccinic acid monoimide (C1), with the content of the component (B) in terms of zinc atoms being not less than 400 mass ppm based on the total amount of the lubricant composition, and the ratio of the content of nitrogen atoms derived from the component (C1) and the content of zinc atoms derived from the component (B) [N/Zn] being not lower than 0.50.SELECTED DRAWING: None
