Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently restrain the occurrence of a pipe-shaped defect.SOLUTION: After completing injection of molten steel into a casting mold 3, a feeder head tapered part (i) of a casting mass feeder head part is pushed down by d[m] (0.005≤S d/X≤0.015) in the vertical direction by pushing down a riser frame 5 at predetermined time.
