Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate switch operation, as the blower is allowed to have a margin in the arrangement and the constitution thereof.
SOLUTION: This vinegar formulation machine is equipped with the kettle 4 that provides the stirring space, the member for cutting the boiled rice, the driving means for rotating the kettle, the blowing means for cooling the stirring space in the kettle by air blowing and the controller 20 for controlling the driving means and the blowing means. In this vinegar-formulation machine, the air-blowing means is arranged inside one frame among two left and right frame for supporting the kettle 4 and the controller 20 is set above this frame.
