Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily set a floor plate in a machine room of an existing escalator and to facilitate replacement of a reduction gear by opening an installation hole on a main frame, forming an installation seat by installing a receiver angle on it and fastening and constituting a drive device installation floor by placing a floor plate on it.
CONSTITUTION: A floor plate is set in a machine room of truss constitution. That is, a hole A is provided on a vertical side surface of each cross beam. In the meantime, a side hole B is provided on a receiver angle 11 of a floor, and the receiver angle 11 is fixed by inserting a bolt into these side holes B and A. Additionally, an upper hole C is provided on an upper surface of the receiver angle 11, and the floor plates 12 to 14 are placed on the receiver angles 11. That is, an installation bolt E is inserted into a slot D for installation and it is fastened in the screw hole C. Additionally, a machine bed is placed on a vibrationproof rubber 19 of a machine bed receiver angle 16 installed on the floor plates 12, 13, a machine bed presser angle 21 is placed on the machine bed through a vibrationproof rubber 19b, and a bolt is inserted into an installation hole F and a hole G of a fixed plate 22 and fixed with a net.
