Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means which can prevent expansion of a processing tool transforming in processing by centrifugal force and can finish stably and precisely by adjusting handlebar stem extension length even if a processing tool holder is rotated and driven with high speed around a central axis.SOLUTION: A mandrel 42, a sleeve 44 and a moving retention mechanism 50 are comprised. The mandrel 42 can hold a processing tool transforming in processing. The sleeve 44 has a deformation prevention hole 44b fitting or approaching to a processing tool periphery side 2a, and fits and is movable axially in a mandrel periphery side 42d. The moving retention mechanism 50 holds the sleeve 44 movable to multiple stop positions in an axial direction of the mandrel 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
