Abstract:
To provide a magnet uniforming the peak value of each magnetic flux density and the distance between a position where each magnetic flux density becomes the peak and another where the magnetic flux density becomes 0, and to provide a magnetization method of the magnet.
The magnet has a magnetization section of not less than 3 poles on a side. In this case, the volume of the magnetization section at both ends of the magnet is smaller than that of the other magnetization section.
