Abstract:
To provide a magnetic component which is manufactured by using injection molding, which can enhance assembly accuracy.SOLUTION: A magnetic component includes a first core component 10, a second core component 12, and at least one coil. The first core component includes a first molding bobbin 100 covering a first part 26a of a core set 26 by an injection molding process. The second core component includes a second molding bobbin 120 covering a second part 26b of the core set by the injection molding process. The first core component is assembled with the second core component to form a first pillar and a second pillar. Each of the first pillar and the second pillar includes a plurality of cores 260 stacked with each other in a direction toward the outside or the inside of the magnetic component. The at least one coil is wound on at least one of the first pillar and the second pillar.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
