PURPOSE: To prevent faulty pressure between a chassis and a flat cable and to prevent the disconnection of the soldered part between a stator substrate and a flat cable by sticking an insulation tape to the flat cable of a driving motor.

CONSTITUTION: A magnetic disk is soldered to a driving motor which rotates and drives, and a thin flat cable 20 linking a control substrate 20 is one by one soldered to a copper foil part which is installed on the stator substrate 23. The flat cable 20 is molded, fixed to a chassis surface by a cable support 22 and connected to a control substrate 25. The insulation tape 21 is stuck to the opposite side of the soldered part so that the flat cable 20 does not abut directly on the edge part 26 of the chassis, before the flat cable 20 is molded.
