To provide a device for activating a liquid quality of a flowing liquid, which has filter layers installed in an enlarged diameter pipe disposed in a liquid flowing pipe and the filter layers filled with an indefinite number of magnetite particles, wherein magnetic lines of magnets embedded in a filling part are diffused so as to detour around the magnetite particles.
The filling part 9 of the magnetite particles 8 is installed in a liquid passage 1. The magnets 10, 10' are embedded in the filling part 9. A non-magnetic material 11 is attached between both poles N and S of each of the magnets 10, 10'. The magnetic lines generated by the magnets 10, 10' are diffused outside of the non-magnetic material 11 so as to detour around the non-magnetic material 11. The detoured magnetic lines are applied to the magnetite particles 8.
