The surface of a magnet retaining member for pressing so as to cover the anti-energizing magnetic area of fixed magnets suckingly disposed on the stator of the magnetic path member and a part of the magnet stator are formed so that magnets for rotating body are inclined in energizing direction, and the spacer for magnetic pole and magnetic force adjustment is provided on either of the fixed magnet surface and magnet stator surface and fixedly retained to prevent deviation by the magnet retaining member.
