A cam 1 is provided for a rotating shaft 2, a projected part 12 and a recessed part 13 are positioned around the cam adjacently to each other and symmetrically with respect to a line, and the cam follower tappets 9 of the pump 6 disposed around the cam are positioned close to the cam 1, whereby, since the number of cams is only one unlike a conventional small cam, the structure and production can be simplified, the operation, inspection, and maintenance can be performed very easily, a production cost can be reduced, and a durability can be increased easily.
