Abstract:
To provide a structure of a resonant cavity for a magnetron.SOLUTION: An anode 101 includes a cylindrical shell 103 for accommodating a cathode 102, and a plurality of vanes 104. Each vane 104 has a length continuously extending in a radial direction toward the center of the shell 103 and in a parallel direction with the longitudinal axis of the shell. A plurality of annular strap rings 113 set a resonant mode spectrum of a cavity resonator and are arranged at longitudinal intervals and concentrically with the longitudinal axis of the shell 103. Each vane 104 comprises an inner vane segment arranged to face the cathode 102 and a respective outer vane segment connected to the inner vane segment. The plurality of vanes 104 are configured to support the plurality of strap rings 113 between the respective inner and outer vane segments, and each vane 104 couples the strap rings 113 alternately arranged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
