Abstract:
To provide an anode for a magnetron, structures of a plurality of strap rings, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: An anode 101 for a magnetron includes a cylindrical anode shell 103 for accommodating the anode and a cathode 102, and a plurality of vanes 104 arranged at angular intervals around the cathode 102. An angular separation between vanes 104 adjacent to each other is configured to provide a cavity resonator of a magnetron 100. Each vane 104 extends radially inwardly from the anode shell 103 toward the center of the shell, and extends in parallel with the longitudinal axis of the shell. A plurality of annular strap rings 113 are arranged concentrically with the longitudinal axis of the anode shell. The alternately arranged vanes 104 are configured to support the alternately arranged strap rings 113. Each vane 104 couples the strap rings 113 and a cross-sectional dimension of at least a first strap ring 113 is different from the cross-sectional dimension of at least a second strap ring.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
