To provide a magnified observing apparatus for easily managing and dealing with three-dimensional data.

The magnified observing apparatus is provided with an image pickup part for picking up an image of an observed object and obtaining two-dimensionally observed image data, a control part for generating three-dimensionally observed image data based on a plurality of the two-dimensionally observed image data acquired the image pickup part and height information when the image is picked up, a display for displaying the three-dimensionally observed image data generated by the control part, an output part for embedding the three-dimensional image data displayed on the display into the arbitrary two-dimensional image data and outputting a single image data file, and an image data storage for storing the image data file outputted from the output part.
