PURPOSE: To hold a package with a inserted envelope therein of letter of thanks for funeral or the like, by sticking a wappen on the surface of the package or a box and by forming an insertion part with the wappen.

CONSTITUTION: The rear part 3b of the insertion part 3 of a wappen 1 is folded inward into the inside of the front part 3a at a folding line 5 to make double the insertion part to form front and rear sides in order to stick the wappen 1 on the package 11. These both parts of the front and rear 3a, 3b may be only either folded or sticked together by an adhesive applied beforehand. Next, the both sticked parts 2 of the wappen 1 are folded at a folding line 4. The wappen 1 is placed on a corner C of the package 11 to superpose the insertion part 3 on the upper face 11a of the package and further to stick the both adhesive faces 2 to both sides 11b. In this way, a bag-forming insertion part 6 is defined in the inside of the wappen 1. The folded line along the folding line 5 of insertion part 3 of the wappen forms an insertion mouth 6a of an insertion opening 6.
