Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat therapy method capable of achieving regression of cancerous lesions on which heat therapy has not been carried out by inducing systemic antitumor immunity.SOLUTION: A malignant tumor heat therapy kit comprises an agent containing an anti-regulatory T cell antibody and an agent containing magnetic fine particles. The magnetic fine particles are preferably coated with lipid having positive charge. The anti-regulatory T cell antibody is preferably an anti-CTLA4 antibody.
