To provide an entering/leaving management system and a management server capable of strengthening authentication by integrated management of physical security and cyber security.
The entering/leaving management system S comprises a lock device K, an entering person authentication input device 1, a personal computer 2 and the management server SV. The lock device D, the entering person authentication input device 1, the personal computer 2 and the management server SV are connected through a network NW. The lock device K unlocks an openable/closable door D of a room R according to the entering person authentication result of the management server SV. The personal computer 2 installed in the room R becomes usable according to the log-in authentication result of the management server SV. The management server SV performs management of the lock device K and personal computer 2, and entering person authentication and log-in authentication. Log-in to the personal computer 2 is permitted only to an entering person who got log-in authentication permission and entered the room R.
