Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a method for manufacturing an aluminum heat exchanger excellent in the quality of soldering with which energy and manpower saving are contrived.
CONSTITUTION: This method consists of the parts working stage 11 where core parts 91 and accesory parts 92 are worked by forming, cutting, etc., using lubricating oil, core assembling/accessory parts mounting stage 12 where a core 910 of the aluminum heat exchanger is assembled using the core parts 91 and also an assembly 9 is made by assembling the accesory parts 92 on that core 91, flux applying stage 13 where flux is applied to the brazing part of the assembly 9, heating/degreasing stage 14 where lubricating oil which is stuck on the surface of the assembly 9 is removed by heating the assembly 9 and brazing stage 15 where brazing between the parts is executed by heating the assembly 9. And, the heating/degreasing stage 14 and brazing stage 15 are successively executed.
