Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the consumption of an alkali solution, and also, prevent an unevenness in a treatment due to an azimuth difference of crystal grains from being generated on an aluminum plate after the treatment by a method wherein the treatment is performed while running the alkali solution at a specified average velocity or higher between the aluminum plate and electrodes. SOLUTION: In an electrolytic polishing tank 20, an alkali solution which is an electrolytic liquid 11 is stored, and an electrolytic treatment is performed at a current density of 5-200 A/dm<2> with an aluminum plate W as an anode. In this case, on the downstream side of a cathode 21, a liquid feeding nozzle 24 is arranged, and the electrolytic liquid 11 is fed out from the liquid feeding nozzle 24 in such a manner that the electrolytic liquid 11 may circulate between the aluminum plate W and the cathode 21. The velocity at that time is preferably 10-400 cm/sec as an average velocity, and is especially preferably 15-200 cm/sec. By this method, an electrolytic polishing treatment is performed in the alkali solution 11 with the aluminum plate W as an anode, and an unevenness in the treatment clue to an azimuth difference of crystal grains on the aluminum plate W is prevented from arising, and also, since the alkali solution 11 is circulated at a specified velocity, the amount of a waste liquid can be reduced.
