PURPOSE: To enable to comparatively easily manufacture trim having external appearance, touch and hygroscopicity nearly equal to those of natural timer and polywood by a method wherein wooden powder is laminated onto the surface of thermoplastic resin in softened state while being extrusion-molded and, after that, the thermoplastic resin and the wooden powder are rolled with calendar rolls.

CONSTITUTION: Wooden powder B consisting of mixture of powders such as woodflour, wooden fragments, surface abrasive powder for particle board or the like or wooden powder B consisting of one of or the mixture of the above- mentioned powders impregnated with binder in advance is housed in a hopper 2 arranged just after extruder and uniformly fed onto the surface of thermoplastic resin sheet A through the annexation of a doctor knife and the like. The thermoplastic resin sheet A in softened state and the wooden powder B fed onto the surface of the sheet A are rolled with calendar rolls 3A and 3B so as to press the wooden powder B into the thermoplastic resin in order to fix the powder B in the resin.
