Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide such manufacturing method of a clad plate with aluminum and stainless steel as eliminates a pre-treatment for manufacturing a clad plate and excels in formability and joining performance capable of withstanding press work after manufacturing.
CONSTITUTION: This manufacturing method is such that, in performing rolled junction by heating each aluminum and stainless steel, the rolling temp. TA (°C) of aluminum and the rolling temp. TS (°C) of stainless steel are defined respectively as 100°C to 450°C, and that the rolling is performed so as to satisfy the following formula: logr≥(-0.001TA+0.71) logTS+(-0.003TA+3.12) (wherein, (r) denotes total draft (%)).
