Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of the leakage from a kink or a joint of a hose by providing an inner layer rubber tube, a reinforcement layer in which a reinforcement string is coiled on an outer circumferential surface of the inner layer rubber tube, an intermediate rubber arranged on an outer circumferential surface of the reinforcement layer, and a thermoplastic resin layer on an outer circumferential surface of the intermediate rubber layer.
SOLUTION: In a hot-water resistant composite hose provided with an inner layer rubber tube 1, a reinforcement layer 2 in which a reinforcement string is coiled on an outer circumferential surface of the inner layer rubber tube 1, an intermediate rubber layer 3 arranged on an outer circumferential surface of the reinforcement layer 2, and a thermoplastic resin outer layer 4 on an outer circumferential surface of the intermediate rubber layer 3, the inner layer rubber tube 1 is formed of EPDM so as to withstand the circulation of hot water, resistant against chlorine water and a bathing agent, small in the amount of the extract, and also small in water penetration. In particular, to prevent black pollution to extract carbon on the rubber surface, it is important to keep the blend quantity of carbon to be 5% or less, and the hardness of the rubber is preferably 60-80 degree.
