Abstract:
PURPOSE: To manufacture simultaneously a plurality of prestressed concrete poles having coupling flanges at their both ends.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of reinforced cages 1' are formed. Each of them is formed by connecting both ends of a tension wire 1 to coupling flanges 3 having reinforcing bands. The reinforced cages 1' are aligned in the direction of the tension wire 1 and the contacting coupling flanges 3 are connected by bolts 4. These connected reinforced cages 1' are housed in a rotary formwork 5. The coupling flange 3 at one utmost end is supported by one end 5' of the formwork 5 and the tension wire 1 is pulled to the other direction of the formwork 5 through a jig 6 provided on the outer face of the coupling flange 3 at the other utmost end. The movements of the intermediate contacted coupling flanges 3 caused by the pulling is performed in an inside space s of a knot 7 which connects the formwork 5 being in contact with the outer faces of the reinforcing bands 2 at both ends of the connected coupling flanges 3. By using the formwork 5, a plurality of concrete poles are manufactured simultaneously by centrifugal mold clamping.
