Abstract:
PURPOSE: To manufacture easily and swiftly a mouth part of a tubular vessel to which a desigh in a plurality of colors is performed without performing printing, by a method wherein molten resin in which a plurality of colors are arranged is extruded, which is pressed by a mold and a discharge mouth and shoulder part are formed.
CONSTITUTION: A sheetlike molten resin 42a is extruded on a conveyor belt 44, a linear molten resin 42b is extruded onto the molten resin 42a at fixed intervals and laminated molten resin 42 is formed. When the molten resin 42 is conveyed below a molding device 50 of a mouth part of a vessel, a pipe member 52 with a cutter 54 on the undersurface is lowered, the molten resin 42 is blanked into a circular state and stuck to the undersurface of the pipe member 52. Then a core metal 58 provided within the pipe member 52 is lowered and the molten resin 42 stuck to the pipe member 52 is pressure- contacted by placing between the core metal 58 and an outside metal 60. Hereby, the mouth part of the vessel possessing a discharge mouth and shoulder part corresponding to froms of the core metal 58 and outside metal 60 is formed.
