Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a parts supplying method capable of improving operating efficiency, by enabling supply of parts whose reside is little, without interrupting the mounting operation of an electronic parts mounting machine.
CONSTITUTION: When parts whose residue is little are generated during operation in a program 1 (S101), the parts name and the set position in a parts supply part are informed (S102). A program 2 is formed (S103) in which many parts of the same kind to be mounted on a board are selected and continuously mounted by priority. At the time point that a board during mounting ends mounting (S104), and mounting of the next board starts, the program 1 is automatically changed over to a program 2 (S105). Then the parts whose residue have become little are supplied (S107). Hence when parts have become out of stock during operation of an electronic parts mounting machine, the parts can be supplied while the mounting machine continues production operation. Thereby productivity can be improved.
