Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a method for easily manufacturing a conductive powder- included electromagnetic wave shielding material which has excellently thin and exhibits a good electromagnetic wave shielding effect.
CONSTITUTION: A conductive powder-included rubber polymer molding 1 is moved on through rolls 2 and 3 and is let to abut against a cutter 4 which is located parallelly to the width direction of the rolls. Then, the rubber polymer molding is cut by the cutter 4 to obtain thinner moldings 11 and 12. By this method, electromagnetic shielding materials with conductive powder exposed on the surface can be mass-produced with a good yield. And, many types of materials can be manufactured efficiently by this method.
