PURPOSE: To prevent pulp fiber from forming into balls by a method wherein cement slurry is fed to forming felt belt under the condition that a pinned roll planted with pins having the length so long as to overlap with that of a large number of pins planted at equal intervals on an applicator is turned at the specified peripheral speed.
CONSTITUTION: Cement slurry having pulp fiber therein as reinforcing fiber is fed in layer on seed film forming felt belt 6 and, after being dewatered, wound so as to laminate on a making roll, resulting in manufacturing fiber reinforced cement plate. In this case, the cement slurry is fed to forming felt belt 6 after being passed through a feed gate 4 consisting of an applicator 2, on which a large number of pins are planted at equal intervals, and a pinned roll 3, on which pins 1 having the length so long as to overlap with the pins 1 on the applicator 2 are planted and which is turned at the peripheral speed 2-10 times as much as the flow speed of the cement slurry. Thus, fiber balls are turned into fully dissolved state and consequently a plate-like product having uniform strength is obtained.
