Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the manufacture and handling as an item easy.
SOLUTION: One end of a flat plate metallic foil tape 2 and one end of a metallic foil tape 3 formed into a corrugate shape are bonded. The flat plate metallic foil tape 2 is set as a winding face against the corrugated metallic foil tape 3, ends of both metallic foil tapes 2, 3 are engaged and fixed, and a core metal 6 that becomes the center of the spiral is provided. The length of the flat plate metallic foil tape 2 is made longer than that of the corrugated metallic foil tape 3 by at least one circumference or longer at the end of winding. Caps 8 preventing unwinding of the spiral are attached on both end faces of the spiral.
