PURPOSE: To increase the bonding strength between a foamed sheet and a thermoplastic resin film and improve the smoothness of the surface, by applying a secondary foaming to the thermoplastic resin foamed sheet, heating and bonding at least one side of this sheet with the thermoplastic resin film to obtain a laminated sheet and preparing a hinge part on both side of this sheet.
CONSTITUTION: A foamed sheet 2 delivered from a roll 1 is sent to a foam oven 4 to be secondarily foamed. As the foamed sheet 2, styrene group resin foamed sheets as polystyrene foamed sheet etc., and olefin resin foamed sheets etc., are mentioned. The secondarily foamed sheet 5 is laminated with a thermoplastic resin film 7 delivered from a film roll 6, and the film 7 is heated and contact-bonded by a heating roll 8. For the contact bonding, it is preferable to heat the film 7 by the heating roll 8, of which temperature is in the range between the softening point of the film and the softening point plus 100°C. As the thermoplastic resin film 7, polystyrene film etc., are mentioned. In a laminated object 9 contact-bonded with the thermoplastic resin film 7, needle apertures 11 are prepared by a needle aperture processing roll 10, and then a hinge part is formed by a hinge processing roll 12.
