PURPOSE: To improve dispersed conditions of hollow fiber membranes by a setting hollow fiber membrane woven material between an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder in longitudinal direction of the hollow fiber membrane, fixing both end parts of the hollow fiber membrane woven material with resin, and cutting the resin-fixed parts to open the hollow fiber membrane.

CONSTITUTION: A hollow fiber membrane woven material which has a hollow fiber membrane as a warp and is folded in end parts without the hollow fiber membrane 3 being cut is set between an inner cylinder 2 and an outer cylinder 3 in longitudinal direction of the hollow fiber membrane. The both end parts of the hollow fiber membrane woven material are fixed with a resin and the resin-fixed parts 6 are cut to open the hollow parts of the hollow fiber membrane 3. As a result, the dispersion condition of the hollow fiber membrane is improved up to its limit and deflection in the resin-fixing process is prevented and charging efficiency of the hollow fiber membrane in one container is improved so as to increase the surface area of the membrane, and resin-fixing operation is made easy.
