CONSTITUTION: A PET film 1 having protrusion stripes 1a, 1a,... at an equal interval in a coating direction is coated with slurry by a doctor blade method, dried to form a ceramic green sheet 2 having grooves 2a, 2a,... Conductive paste is screen printed on the opposite side surface to the grooves of the sheet 2. Twenty ceramic green sheets formed with the protrusions 2b, 2b,... are manufactured, engaged with the recesses. In this case, since no stress is generated at the protrusions of the material, a laminated ceramic capacitor obtained by baking the laminate has no difference of densities due to difference of thicknesses, and no inner stress is generated. Thus, since no irregular sintering occurs, a delamination, a drop of its capacity can be prevented.
