Abstract:
PURPOSE: To continuously form grooves of shapes different from each other such as a both sides meandering groove and a one side meandering groove in an exposure process.
CONSTITUTION: One of both sides meandering groove or one side meandering groove for tracking is formed by irradiating a photoresist 6b applied on a glass substrate 6a with at least two light beams 5a, 5b according to address information. Whether the both sides meandering groove is formed on both side walls by irradiation with both of two light beams 5a, 5b while vibrating them in the radial direction of a magneto-opical disk master disk or the one side meandering groove is formed by irradiation with only one side of two light beams 5a, 5b while vibrating it in the radial direction of the magneto- optical disk master disk, is selected.
