Abstract:
To contrive to reduce the production cost of barrier ribs and improve their workability.
A mold material 12 is provided so as to have intervals for forming barrier ribs on a base material 11. Then, a nickel plating treatment is applied from above on the base material 11 and the mold material 12. After that, by releasing the mold material 12 from the base material 11, a mold 10 for manufacturing the barrier ribs, in which a plurality of groove parts 18 are formed by nickel platings 17 at positions corresponding to the barrier ribs to be produced on the base material 11, is produced.
