Abstract:
PURPOSE:To easily manufacture the desired plastic case at low cost by a method wherein a plastic case main body, inside which a recess is provided and which has a hollow double structure, is blow-molded and, in addition, a cushioning material, the shape of which is made to be equal to the developed shape of said recess, is pasted in the recess. CONSTITUTION:A plastic case main body 1, in the inside wall of which a recess 2 is provided and which has a hollow double structure, is blow-molded. On the other hand, the shape of a cushioning material 3 is made to be equal to the developed shape of the recess 2. The cushioning material 3 is laid in the recess 2 by holding down at the folds of the cushioning material 3 in order to obtain the desired plastic case by tightly pasting the material 3 to the recess 2 with hot melt adhesives 5.
