PURPOSE: To improve a fine view of the surface by preventing glass fibers from sticking skin by exposing, by a method wherein after press molding has been performed by mounting a polyolefin film on one side or both sides of a heating material of a glass-fiber-reinforced thermoplastic sheet by loading the same into a metallic mold, either the film is removed or a press film is left behind on the surface of a molded product while the press film is kept stuck on the surface of the molded product by mounting the polyolefin film similarly.
CONSTITUTION: A hot blank of a glass-fiber-reinforced thermoplastic sheet is loaded within a mold. Polyolefin series film is mounted on both sides of a hot blank. The same is removed after molding or if circumstances require a layer of a polyolefin film is formed by applying or spraying an adhesive agent beforehand to the polyolefin film to be used. A molded product is manufactured by performing a press mold clamping.
