Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out operations under good circumstances by a method wherein under a state in which many mandrels are fitted in a gathered state to a mandrel frame, unvulcanized or semi-vulcanized rubber straight rubber preformed product is equipped by insertion to those mandrels, or a rubber bent pipe is extracted from the mandrel after valcanization is made unnecessitated, thereby eliminating operation at high temperature.
SOLUTION: A mandrel unit 20 is prepared by providing a fitting stand part 56 at an end part of a mandrel 48, and the mandrel 48 is attached to and detached from a mandrel frame in the unit state. Then, a rubber preform molded product is equipped to the mandrel 48 under a state wherein the mandrel unit 20 is detached from the mandrel frame. Further, the mandrel unit 20 is detached from the mandrel frame after valcanizing operation, and then a rubber bent pipe after vulcanizing is extracted.
