Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify operations requiring trouble, labor, and time when a rubber bent pipe extracted from a mandrel after vulcanizing is again set to a marking die of a shape corresponding to a shape of the rubber bent pipe, and marking treatment is applied thereafter.
SOLUTION: A mandrel unit 20 is constituted by connecting a plurality of mandrel 48 with a fitting stand part 56 as a connecting means, and the mandrel 48 together with the mandrel unit 20 is detached from and attached to a mandrel frame. Then, the mandrel unit 20 is detached from the mandrel frame after vulcanizing, and specific marking is applied to a rubber bent pipe 261 under its attached state to the mandrel 48 thereafter.
