Abstract:
To reduce the quality deviation such as a product thickness at a film using soft polyvinyl chloride compound in a method for manufacturing the compound which makes it possible to shorten the compound manufacturing time.
The method for manufacturing polyvinyl chloride compound mixed with polyvinyl chloride, additive and plasticizer comprises the steps of introducing polyvinyl chloride to a heated mixer, then introducing plasticizer continuously heated to 80 to 130°C, and mixing them.
