Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reinforce effectively the root part of an anode lead implanted into sintered pellets, with a washer for preventing a solid electrolyte from crawling up.
CONSTITUTION: An anode lead 11 is implanted into sintered pellets 10 made of the metallic power of a valve action. A washer 12, which prevents a solid electrolyte 14 from crawling up and is made of thermally fusible fluorine resin, is fitted on the root part of the anode lead 11, and the solid electrolyte 14 is formed. Thereafter, the washer 12 is fused by heating it.
