Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method for manufacture of a tiled board which can be used as an interior and exterior decorative material of a construction, an interior decorative material of a tunnel and a decorative material of a bridge (including a master column, a high handrail etc.).
CONSTITUTION: A tiled board A is prepd. by adhering each one side surface 10a of tiles placed longitudinally and transversely with a base sheet 10 consisting of a porous raw material or a base sheet having perforated holes by using an adhesive 13 and curing the adhesive 13 or by adhering each one side surface 10a of a plurality of tiles with a release paper, adhering another side surface of the tiles with the base sheet 10 consisting of a porous raw material or the base sheet having perforated holes by using the adhesive 13 and releasing the release paper from a plurality of tiles after the adhesive 13 is cured. Therefore, air bubbles can be effectively evacuated outside from the adhesive 13 in the manufacturing process and it is possible to prevent surely the tiles from an accident of peeling-off caused by air bubbles during fireproof test after manufacturing, an actual fire, etc.
