Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make a work of welding the two legs of an inner member to an inner member fixing member effectively, and to automate the work by blowing air by a nozzle and by positioning the two legs of the inner members in relation to the member having the form of cylindrical container.
CONSTITUTION: An inner member such as a heater 23 is arranged in a member having the form of cylindrical container, such as a cathode sleeve 21, and air is blown by a nozzle 31 to a part of the two legs 25A, 25B of the member 23 that is protruded above the member 21. After air is blown alternately from the both sides of the legs 25A and 25B until the legs 25A, 25B approach corresponding inner member fixing members such as heater rests 27A, 27B by moving the member 23, the legs 25A, 25B of the member 23 are welded to the members 27A, 27B. A work of positioning and welding the legs 25A, 25B of the member 23 to the members 27A, 27B is automated and shortened, and the efficiency of the work can be improved.
