PURPOSE: To greatly enhance the efficiency of the manufacture of established entering hole repair lining materials by retaining two division lining materials so as to prevent the deformation of their connection edge portions, conducting joining smoothly and with improved workability by fitting both fellow connection portions mutually and surely at the time of the fellow division lining materials being connected mutually by a lateral placement method, in the case of a device which manufactures bottomed pipelike repair lining materials to cover the inner wall of an established entering hole at a sewer.

CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing device of established entering hole repair lining materials is equipped with support means 21, 31 to support respectively in a lateral placement state a lower part division lining material 3 and an upper part division lining material 4; retaining means 41, 42 to retain respectively in a circular shape the connection edge portions 3a, 4a of both division lining materials 3, 4; a movement means 60 to conduct movement so that the upper part division lining material 4 may approach to the lower part division lining material 3; and a rotary means 70 to rotate both division lining materials 3, 4 after connection together, and both fellow connection edge portions 3a, 4a are joined together by means of welding while both division lining materials 3, 4 are being rotated.
