To provide a manufacturing method for a booklet and folded leaves capable of easily avoiding an erroneous guiding operation of a paper sheet feeding guide as a result from cutting, in which the manufacture can be performed effectively through a mechanical process including automatic folding and feeding.
The manufacturing method for booklet and folded leaves includes a folding process to fold back leaves in a plurality of times as required using an automatic folding machine. The folding process consists of a primary folding process and a secondary folding process, in which a die releasing stage is arranged so that the length in the feeding direction of the separation region where each leaf separates from the guide as a result from cutting, is one half or less of the lower edge length of the sheet after the primary folding process.
