To provide a tape dispenser of simple construction assuring easiness in handling, capable of easily cutting off a requisite length of a pressure sensitive adhesive double coated tape.

The tape dispenser is equipped with a case 1 to hold a tape roll TR rotatably and an operating lever 2 attached to the case 1 swingably. The case 1 has a body part 1A to accommodate the tape roll TR and a tape guide part 1B to thread the tape T pulled out of the tape roll TR. The tape guide part 1B is provided with a separator part 3 to separate the tape T into its base material T1 and release liner T2. One end of the lever 2 serves as a liner pressing part 21, and a liner ejecting hole 4 to eject the released liner T2 is formed between the liner pressing part 21 and the periphery of the body part 1A. The other end of the lever 2 serves as a base material pressing part 22, and a base material drawout hole 5 to draw out the base material T1 to the outside is formed between the base material pressing part 22 and the forefront of the tape guide part 1B.
