Laser is irradiated on a short-circuit defect part of an organic electroluminescent layer of a non-luminescent pixel to insulate the short-circuit defect part. Laser is irradiated on a whole surface of the organic electroluminescent layer of a non-extinction pixel to insulate the organic electroluminescent layer.
