Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a dust core which does not require annealing treatment.SOLUTION: An organic metal compound in which fine particles of metal oxide are precipitated by thermal decomposition is dispersed in alcohol, a collection of powder particles is mixed with such a dispersion liquid to form a suspension, then the suspension is filled in a mixer equipped with a heating function and an excitation function, the suspension is rotated and shaken, then vibrated vertically and horizontally, and the temperature of the suspension is raised to the temperature at which the organic metal compound is thermally decomposed. After that, the collection of suspension is filled into a mold, and gradually-increased compressive stress is applied to the suspension until the destruction of the metal oxide fine particles is finished to manufacture a dust core in the mold.SELECTED DRAWING: None
